It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Ferdig of Blackduck, Minnesota, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ferdig and Emma Ferdig (Beighley); and his brother Bill Ferdig. He is survived by: his former wife Jeannette Sydow; his son Ken; his wife Leona Matheny; his children, Kenneth Ferdig (Rhonna) of Blackduck, Bonnie Hoaglund (Jon) of Henrico, VA, Cheryl Weber (Roy) of North Pole, AK, Rhonda Kay (Paul) of Blackduck, Gary Matheny (Juanita) of Blackduck, Dennis Matheny of Blackduck, LeeAnn Theisen (Ronnie) of Blackduck and Lynelle Hofius (Tim) of Littlefork, MN; and his sisters, Arlene Fager, Betty Sydow (Les) and Kay Mills (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
