She is survived by: her children, Brian Blanchard Hayes (Wade Blanchard Hayes) and Brenda Gonzalez; her granddaughter Jazmyn; and her siblings, Donna Longie (John), Jerry Gibbs and Cindy Leo (Max). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
