He is survived by: his stepmother Mary; his aunt Betty Zebro; his mother Elizabeth "Betsy" Holker; his siblings, Steve Zebro (Sheree), Tom Zebro (Jaci), Cathy Murphy (Jim), Cindy Lammi (Bob), Pam Harris (Brent) and Chris Zebro; his uncle Donnie; and his aunt Pat. He is also survived by stepsisters; many nieces and nephews.
