With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Eleanor Blazek of Blaine, Minnesota, who passed away on November 25, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Taus and Mary Taus (Cwikla). She is survived by: her husband Don Blazek; her children, Lynn Nelson (Ron) of Wood Lake, MN., Kim Hanson (Dale) of Baxter, MN., Kenny Blazek (Tammy) of Brainerd, MN., Patty Peterson (Terry), Tom Blazek (Melissa) of Aitken, MN. and David Blazek (Lynette) of Greenbush, MN.; and her sisters, Angie Solfield (Neil) of Brainerd and Joanne Bombardier (Ken) of Sartell, MN.. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren.
Mass of Christian of burial will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, December 5, 2020 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Middle River with Fr. George Noel presiding following MN St. Covid-19 guidelines with capacity limits, social distancing and facial coverings.
