She is survived by : her husband Jerome Jakobson; her children, Connie Frazier (Mike), Jerry Jakobson (Cassandra), Wendy Schewe (Darrick), Scott Jakobson, Robyn Thompson (Kyle) and Heidi Brown (Shawn); her brothers, Jimmy Holmes and Lawrence Holmes; and her sister-in-law Carol Holmes. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
