He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Leak and Lillian Leak (Kabe); his wife Marge; his siblings, Konrad Leak (Laura), Donald Leak and Bonnie McCarthy; and his nephew Michael Leak.
He is survived by : his former life partner Marjorie (Erdner); his daughters, Mayro Kubista (Matthew) of Loyal, WI and LaNell Sunde (Michael) of Austin, MN; his grandchildren, Tamerat, Edrea, Abrial, Sagia Kubista, Kendyl and Ayvah Sunde; and his sister-in-law Karen Leak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
