It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Phillips in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on June 1, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louise Bangert and Carl Bangert; her brother Bob; and her sister-in-law Norma Bangert. She is survived by : her husband James Phillips; her children, Suzy Jones (Ed) and James Phillips (Wendy); and her grandchildren, Elle Jones and Andrew Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
