She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wosmek and Aloise Wosmek (Dvorak); her husband Lloyd; and her siblings, Joseph, Rudy, Emil, William Wosmek, Ann Taylor and Clara Trea.
She is survived by: her children, David Shofner (Julie) and Theresa Shofner; her grandchildren, Amanda and Cameron; and her brother Gary Shofner.
