He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E Miller and Bernice Miller (Bruder); and his sister Sandra Palmquist. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Theresa Wittich (Chad) of Forman, ND, Cynthia Hubbard (Brock) of Aurora, CO and Valerie Miller of Aurora, CO; and his grandsons, Cole Munson, Drew Wittich, Tyler Wittich, Josh Wittich, Ryan Hubbard, Zach Hubbard and Luke Hubbard.
