He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte; and his siblings, Jeff, Colleen and Mona. He is survived by: his father John; his siblings, Kevin Blume (Valarie), Connie Johnson (Bruce) and Kathy Billman; and his pets, Harley and Davidson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
