He is survived by: his children, Jay (Terry), Beth, Karen (Scott) and Eric (Kriss); his grandchildren, Ben (Karla), Sam (Shelli), Josh (Erin), Jake, Zach, Alex, Adam, Charlie, Kaiti and Annika; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Anna, Soren, Bo, Izak and Miles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; to benefit children.
