He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dora Smith and Woodrow Smith; his wife Jean Smith; his sons, Mike Smith, Kevin Smith, Brian Smith and Eric Smith; his stepchildren, Mike Ramig, Kenny Yde, Marty Yde, Sharon Yde and Joy (Kipp); his siblings, Donna (Jenson), Phyllis (Tilley), Della (Mimm), Patricia (Johnson), Ruth (Hardy), Kenneth (Avarill) and Donald (Smith); his son Craig Smith; his stepson Paul Yde Jr.; and his brother Keith Smith. He was also cherished by many grand-children and great-grandchildren.
