With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Sawyer (Brainerd, Minnesota), who passed away on April 9, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Leckschied (Yeager) and Martin Leckschied; her husband Derwin D. Sawyer; her son Edward; her granddaughter Jessica; and her siblings, John Leckschied and Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Sawyer (Janelle) of Baxter, Craig Sawyer (Janice) of Brainerd and Susan Sawyer-DeMaris (Peter) of Minneapolis; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Sawyer of Wadena. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
