She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oren and Josephine Oren (Hanson); her husband Virgil Schalz; and her brother Harvey. She is survived by: her children, Del (Collette) of Amery, WI, Debbie Bates (Bob) of Warsaw, IN and Peggy Carlson (Gene) of Brainerd. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
