She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughter Brooke Kelm (Dakota) of Trommald; her parents, Tim Kostal and Cheryl Kostal of Deerwood; her siblings, Paul Kostal (Alicia) of Granville, Katie Kostal (Patrick Radtke) of Crosby and Kathy Kostal (Alesha Meyer) of Crosby; her stepbrothers, Justin Kittleson and Josh Small; her grandmother Alice Bouley of Champlain; her mother-in-law Janice Hardesty of Brainerd; her grandfather-in-law Bernice Brogren of Ulen, MN; and her grandchildren, Brielle, Baylee Bergson, Makiyah, Ashton and Nanazbah Hardesty.
