She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Carlson; her parents, Richard Murphy and Hilda Murphy; her great grandchild Tate Strege; and her daughter-in-law Joy Carlson.

She is survived by: her children, Bob, Mary Carlson Pap (Bruce), Tim (Alice), Bill (Lisa), Jen Owens (Mike) and Patrick; and her sibling's children, Carl "Sonny" Buraglio, Richard "Corky", Conrad Scullard and Tammy Crosby. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren; 25 Great Grandchildren; one great great grandson.
