She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Dembouski and Angeline Dembouski (Froncak); her husband Joe Czeczok; her son John; and her siblings, Mary, Eugene and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Don Czeczok, Jim Czeczok (Toni), Jojo Czeczok (Renae), Tom Czeczok (Sharon) and Jeff Czeczok; her grandchildren, Jack Joseph (Darcy), Grace Louise and Mike; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Emilia, Levi and Sawyer Stella.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the All Saints Building Fund.
