He was predeceased by: his father Richard Kasmirski (Jerry); and his pet Maddie. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his pet Marley; his mother Marlene Kasmirski Stronge; his siblings, Mary Jo Maloney (Annissa), Jim (Cherri), Gary "Gibb" (Monica) and Julie; and his siblings' children, Heather, Kristin, Jessica, Sammie, Cassie, Taylor, Matthew, Nicholas, Gracie and Oriana.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be left to the Masonic Cancer Clinic at the University of Minnesota.
