He was predeceased by: his parents, George Konen and Agnes Konen (Jutz); and his brothers, William "Bud" Konen and Reinhardt Konen. He is survived by: his wife Diane Konen; his sons, Jeff Konen (Stacy) and Kerry Lane (Ruth); his siblings, Ed Konen, Richard Konen (Linda), Marilyn Johnson (George) and Grace Giesecke (Dan); his granddaughter Julianne Milby (Chris); his great grandchild Braiden Milby; and his sister-in-law Deb Konen.
