He was predeceased by: his father Archie Harp; his stepfather Richard Susa; and his niece Jordan Harp. He is survived by: his mother Carol Harp (Susa) of Hewitt; his wife Charmaine Scarborough of Brainerd; his children, Schuyler Scarborough of Brainerd, Randy Scarborough of St. Cloud and Marye Scarborough Anderson of Little Falls; his stepmother Charlotte Harp of Van Buren, AR; and his siblings, Kevin Harp (Alicia) of Raymond, Lisa Horn (Richard) of Hewitt and Sherry Thomas (Max) of Camano Island, WA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
