She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Stollenwerk; her parents, Henry Bontjes and Ruth Bontjes (Haslerud); and her brothers, Lowell and Lyle Bontjes.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Stollenwerk and Jamie Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Devin Delgado, Kaia Delgado and Landon Rodriguez; her great grandchildren, Athena and Brynlee; and her siblings, Larry Bontjes (Norma), Laverne Bontjes (Anna), Ladale Bontjes (Diane) and Linda Strand. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home (224 6th St N, Wahpeton, ND 58075). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
