He is survived by: his wife Kari Castillo; his children, Isabella Alsaker and Sawyer Swensrud; his parents, Julie Forbord (Stan Barker) and Scott Castillo (Donna); his sister Amber Castillo; his stepsisters, Brandi Baer, Jennifer Melsha and Thom Kreutter (Jessica); his parents-in-law, Becky Jacobson (Patrick) and Ralph Kisor; his grandmother Constance Castillo; his brothers-in-law, Corey Kisor and Mike Kisor (Kris); and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Owen, Hayden Castillo, Carter, Connor, Lily Kisor, Amy, Jordan, Sammy, Jacob Kreutter, Ariel, Scooter, Chase and Scotty. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
