It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Norris of Brooten, Minnesota, born in Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Norris and Elva Norris (Freeburg); his siblings, Roland L. "Bud" Norris and Linda R. Davis; and his brother-in-law Bob Davis.
He is survived by: his former wife Judith Kneiszler; his wife Judy Norris of Brooten; his children, Deborah Struthers (Steve) of Cokato, Steve Norris (Danelle) of Melrose, Victoria Mensen (Daniel) of Osakis and Aaron Norris (Julie) of Albany; and his sisters, Shirley Capistrant (David) of Grove City and Beverly Smith (Denny) of Litchfield. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
