He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lewis and Clara Lewis (Gibbs); his wife Doris; his son Ronald Dean Lewis; his son-in-law Kermit Bjorge; and his siblings, William Lewis, Avis Novak, Kathy Webber and Lorraine Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Lewis (Rosie), Donald Lewis (Kym), Jon Lewis (Jodi), Helen Bjorge of Brooten and Donna Solbreken (Loren) of Brooten; his siblings, Harvey Lewis (Sue) of Browns Valley, Bert Lewis (Sonja) of Crystal and Shirley Nestvold (Robert) of Blaine; and his sister-in-law Beverly Lewis of Ely. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
