He was predeceased by: his sister Janice (Kathy). He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Anderson; his son Mike; his grandchildren, Deb and Paul; his wife Dianna Bench; his children, Michael Jambor (Melissa), Debra Minnick (Tim), Paul Gilbert (Jodi) and Edward Bench; and his sister Bernice Chivers. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lakewood Healthcare-Hospice in Staples, Minnesota, or the American Lung Association are preferred.
