She was predeceased by: her parents, James Adamek and Ann Adamek (Dvorak); her husband Harry Cline; her grandson Cody Lahr; her son-in-law Brad Brichacek; and her brothers, Frank Adamek, James Adamek and Harry Adamek.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Cline Sr. (Debbie), Pat Brichacek and Jennifer Kohler (John). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, one on the way and 4 great great grandchildren.
