She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Harding and Eunice Harding. She is survived by: her husband Duane Rolstad; her brother Donald Harding (Carol) of Tampa, FL; her daughters, Gretchen Ping (Wyatt) of Brooklyn Park, MN and Meredith Huikko (Chad) of Delano, MN; and her grandchildren, Brody, Riley Ping, Marissa and Jenna Huikko.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1200 MN-25, Buffalo, MN 55313). A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A passionate advocate for the National Kidney Foundation, Joyce took part in numerous fundraising events and was instrumental in organizing her neighborhood's annual gathering.
