She was predeceased by: her husband John Nowicki; and her parents, Harold Tiede and Vera Tiede. She is survived by: her sons, John Nowicki (LeAnn), Craig Nowicki (Kim) and Keith Nowicki (Ellen); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Phillip, John R., Mike, Cole and Kelly. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fisher House Foundation of Minnesota.
