He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oellerich and Katherine Oellerich (Kromm); his brother Robert Oellerich; and his siblings-in-law, John and Dale Van Alstyne.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brandenburg of Burnsville, Minnesota; his children, Laurie (Mike Vork) of Clearwater, Daniel (Nancy Oellerich) of Aiken, Lisa (Brian Kuznia) of Rosemount, Julianne (Dean Lichty) of Eden Prairie and Claudine (John Moon) of Saint Paul, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Erika Winning of Baltimore, John (Lauren Kuznia) of Somerset, Monika Kuznia of Rosemount, Erin (Chase Drill) of Graham and Kate Oellerich of Aiken; his great grandchildren, Ruth and Oliver Kuznia; and his sister-in-law Dana (Ray Norville) of Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Grace Church (9301 Eden Prairie Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55347). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (12390 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN 55347).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to be sent to Wounded Warriors Project or to Grace Church Memorial fund.
