She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Leigh "Lee" Preston and Gertrude Kettering; her brother Robert "Bob" Preston (Edna); her husband Ward Dale Jones; and her children, Michael James Jones and Susan Marie Jones Valadez.
She is survived by : her son-in-law Carlos Valadez of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, Michael Jones (Amy) of Pelham, N. Hamp, Janelle Jones of Montreal, Quebec and Nicholas Valadez (Mary); her great grandchildren, Carolyn and Willow of Fairfax; her grandchildren, Thomas Valadez of Fairfax and Carla Valadez (Jesy Nielsen); and her great grandchildren, Susanna, Alma of Burnsville, Minn. and Katherine Valadez (Christopher Wolf) of Tempe, Ariz..
