He was predeceased by: his parents, George Christensen and Minnie Christensen (Willemssen); his wife Bette Christensen; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Mehus and Jerome Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Christensen (Alana) of Campbell, MN and Sheri Weston (Mark) of Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Bethany Christensen, Mariah DeWald, Mikayla Weston, Samantha Weston and Jordan Weston; and his siblings, James Christensen (Ione), Charlotte Mehus, Arlene Thompson, Beverly Christensen and DelMae Johnson (Al). He is also survived by several other cousins, nieces, nephews, and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials to be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
