It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luz Nunez (Carlos, Minnesota), who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Luz was predeceased by: parents, Metodio Alfaro and Guadalupe Alfaro; grandson Carlos Zoya; and brothers, Antonio, Jesus and Manuel.
Luz is survived by: grandmother Tia Passed; husband Carlos; children, Juanita Zoya (Scott) and Laura Nunez; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lucita Zoya, Luis and Lupita Benavides; siblings, Carmen Toranzo (Rafael), Gilberto Alfaro (Aurelia), Metodio Alfaro (Imelda) and Javier (Judith); and niece Mary. Luz is also survived by Wife, Mother.
