We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 94, Elsa Marion Carlson of Carlton, Minnesota, born in Esko, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Hjalmer Juntunen and Hilma Juntunen; her husband Melvin Carlson; and her siblings, Lorna Johnston, Martha Boutang (Howard), Betty Bergstedt (Jack), Lucille Juntunen, Bill Juntunen, Carl Juntunen (Ardie), Earl Juntunen, Art Juntunen (Mary), Joe Juntunen and Dennis Juntunen (Audry Juntunen).
She is survived by : her children, Kay Maria Callies (Joel) of East Bethel, MN, Anne Bodin (Jeff) of Carthage, NC and John Carlson (Sumalee) of Hua Hin, Thailand; her grandchildren, Ben Osmond (Ann), Andrew Osmond (Jennifer), Jon Osmond (Lisa), Heidi Regan (John), Melissa Bodin, Holly Smathers (Joe) and Jesse Carlson; her siblings, Kay Perttula (Marlen), Roy Juntunen and Chum Juntunen (Donna); and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Johnson (Jim), Mary Helen Juntunen, Ruth Juntunen and Maryann Juntunen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
