The passing of Keely Nanette Headbird-Huesers of Cass Lake, Minnesota leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 16, 2025 at the age of 35. She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Headbird and Charles Huesers; and her grandparents, Helen, Emmanuel Headbird, Delima and Donald Huesers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nantina, Nakomis Fineday and Rosa Lopez; her brothers, Charles Huesers and Jordan Headbird (Rosella); her aunts, Wanda Croaker and Nancy Cameron; and her cousins, Stevie "Rea" Thunderhawk (Robert) and Tommi Lindgren (Paul). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mission Community Center (2126 Finch Ln SE, Cass Lake, MN 56633). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Prince of Peace Cemetery (1501 Prince of Peace Ln SE, Cass Lake, MN 56633).
