He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Slagle; his son Shane Slagle; his siblings, Lois "Tilly" Roller, Roy "Bud" and Richard "Dick" Slagle; and his nephew Casey Slagle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Slagle and Hope Slagle; his brothers, Donald "Faley", Myron "Ben" and Darrell "Dean" Slagle; and also Wallboard. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
