He was predeceased by : his father Marshall; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by : his wife Pam; his sons, Mike (Jenn) and Andy (Chelsea DeLong); his grandson Teddy; his siblings, Dan (Melissa) and Deb Dunlevy; and his mother Bee Bush. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
