It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Sandstrom of Chanhassen, Minnesota, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Ries and Maxine Ries (Clifton); her daughter Colleen Nickerson; her sister Julie Gustafson; her brother-in-law Larry Kosters; her grandfather Clifton; and her parents-in-law, Dorothy and Robert Sandstrom.

She is survived by : her children, Joe Sandstrom (Dana) of Mayer, MN, Heidi Sandstrom of Chanhassen, MN and Abby Sandstrom of Mobridge, SD; her grandchildren, Gianna, Josie, Lydia, Layla, Killian and Trinity; her siblings, Cathy Ricketts of Selby, SD, Ed (Jacki) of Mobridge, SD and Nick Ries (Kim) of Chanhassen, MN; and her friends, Sheila Stoick of Mobridge, SD, Carmela Frost of Long Beach and Debbie Sawyer Arnold of Grantsboro, NC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
