She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Grimm and Eva Grimm (Urbach); her husband Clarence Schmidt (Bobo); her brothers, Harvey (Arlene Grimm) and Orlyn (Margery Grimm); her parents-in-law, Clarence and Ella Schmidt; and her siblings-in-law, Dale and Joann Schmidt.

She is survived by: her children, Neil Schmidt (Kathy) of Nisswa, Wayne Schmidt (Carter) of Idaho and Lynn Loomis (Bob) of Chaska; her grandchildren, Jonathan Schmidt (Jill), Melissa Mase (Ben), Rebecca Wirtz (Jason), Amy Hagen (Justin), Jason Loomis (Kelsey) and Aaron Loomis (Chin); her great grandchildren, Jessica, Trevor, Kate, Lauren Schmidt, William, Lucia, Ella, George, Remi Mase, Meghan, Addison, Colin, Carson Wirtz, Paige, Evan Hagen and Lila Loomis; and her sister-in-law Barbara Osmondson (Stanley) of Eden Prairie. She is also survived by niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.
