She is survived by: her husband Michael Evangelista; her children, Apryl Garrett (Jason), Austin and Jason Evangelista (Lea); her grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Blake, Sophia, Allie, Matthew, Jenelle, Tristan, Zach, Jacey, Nathan and Katelyn; her great grandchild Eva; and her siblings, Terry, Ronnie, Gus, Cindy, Peggy, Scherry and Mary. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
