We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 84, Darryl R. Sletten (Chisago City, Minnesota), born in Willmar, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darryl R. Sletten to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Sletten and Sylvia Sletten (Halsey); his former life partners, Virginia Gilsdorf (Ginger) and Myrna Bucknell; and his siblings, David Sletten and Patricia Malvin.

He is survived by : his sons, Todd Sletten, Gary Sletten (Leah) and Brian Sletten (Lisa); his stepchildren, Guy Bucknell (Noni), Nancy Studd, Thomas Bucknell (Lisa), Kelli Jeno (Tony), Jessica Jerkovich (Don), Jodi Reetz (Mike), Mike Bucknell, David Melby (Cynthia) and Douglas Melby; and his brother Doug Sletten of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A reception was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at the Chisago Lakes Baptist Church (9387 Wyoming Trail, Chisago City, MN 55013).
