He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kittel and Martha Kittel (Thieling); his former wife Elaine; his wife Diane; and his siblings, Edwin, Eldon Kittel, Audrey Roach and Florence Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Kittel and Joseph Kittel; his stepson Derrick Mandoza; his grandsons, Justin and Patrick Kittel; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Kittel and Everly Kittel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
