He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Lillian Blacketter, Sr. (Paquette); and his siblings, James, Jr., Clarence, Charles, Roger Blacketter, Sylvia Smith and Joyce Blacketter.
He is survived by: his brother Bruce Blacketter (Maryann); his children, Teresa White (Dan) and Blake Evanson (Joanne Carey); and his grandchildren, Eric Norris, Kevin Painter and Cholena Painter. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
