It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethelyn L. Hayes (Cloquet, Minnesota), born in Kettle River, Minnesota, who passed away on December 18, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Kothala and Ida Kothala; her husband Vernon Hayes; and her siblings, Elaine O'Donnell, Mae Duffield, Ed Kothala and Ray Kothala.
She is survived by: her children, Lynda Hayes-Pink (Barry Pink) of Solon Springs, Kelly Hayes of Minneapolis and Cheryl Hayes; her grandchildren, Judd Thomson, Tiffany Karns (Joel), Ryan Rennquist (April) and Casey Rennquist (Annette); and her sister Helen Starr of Gilbert, AZ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
