He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Douglas Carter; his brother John Carter; his mother Lorraine Carter; his children, Cory Carter (Deb) and Dawn Hagen (Josh); his siblings, Michael (Karen), Doug Jr. Carter (Pam) and Bonnie Carter; his grandchildren, Ethan Shovein, Ted, Katelyn Carter and Annastyn Hagen; his close friend Marge Hunt; and his sister-in-law Terri Carter. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
