He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin DeFoe, Elaine McFatridge (Daniel), Dorothy Cooley and Nancy Seppala (Hank); and his children, Wanda Smith, Steven DeFoe and Anna DeFoe. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
