He was predeceased by: his mother Jackie Ann Defoe; his grandparents, Joann Agatha Shabaiash and Dennis Gerald Shabaiash; and his uncle Russell Diver. He is survived by: his father Kevin Shabaiash Sr.; his siblings, Jayden and Jamie; and his grandfather Garrett "Umtiz" Defoe. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
