He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Frank Gerard; his sister Mary Malvick; his former wife Patti Gerard; his sons, Steven (Dana), Matthew (Kaylee) and Joshua Gerard (Stacy); his mother Norma Gerard; his siblings, Jim (Ruth), Bill (June), Frank Gerard (Mary), Kathy St. John, Sue Twaddle (Steve), Julie Wieczorek (Tom), Jackie Maldonado and Michele Golen; and his brother-in-law Rod Malvick. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
