He was predeceased by : his parents, George Fredricks and Victoria Fredricks (Gustafson); his wife Sharon Wonola; his parents-in-law, Reino, Inga Hill, Otto and Ina Wonola; and his siblings, Effie Terning (Earl), Lucile Dahlman (Norman) and Robert Fredricks (Doris).

He is survived by : his sons, Craig (Vikki) of Riverbank, CA, Carl (Amy) of Howard Lake, MN and Chad (Laura) of Cokato, MN.; his grandchildren, Cassandra Shultz (Seth), Stacie Derichs (Shane), Jasmine Meservey, Aaron Fredricks, Erica Plath, Ashlyn Ratike, Isabelle, Ava Elias, Cassidy, Brandon, Megan Blazinski, Vernon and Fletcher Jensen; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Mallory Derichs, Joshua Kafka, Charlie, Benjamin Shultz and Layla Severtson; and his sisters, Ruth Buttenhoff (Garland) and Beverly Burau (Harvey). He is also survived by other relatives including nieces, nephews and countless friends.
