With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Langie of Columbia Heights, Minnesota, who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Allen and Mildred Allen; her former husband Reuben Langie; and her sister Donna Mae. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Van Tassell and Paul Langie (Megan); her grandchildren, Emily, Kalli, Natalie and Madelyn; and her brothers, James Allen (Diane) and Jerry Allen (Ellen).

Dorothy knit and donated countless hats and mittens to keep others warm in the winter.
