She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Schiro and Anna Schiro (Kaliebe); her husband Gordon Johnson; her foster son Robert Schroder; her stepmother Ida Schiro; her siblings, Ardina Grimm (Oliver), Alvin "Fritz" Schiro (Ginger) and Hubert Schiro (Marv); and her siblings' children, Marie Rickbeil, Keith and Galen Grimm.
She is survived by: her foster son James Schroder of Cosmos, MN; her grandchildren, Adam, Jeremy, Renee and Glen Schroder; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell and Madeleine Schroder.
